Insurance for Greek cruising - buy locally or in home country?

Does anyone have any experience or advice on obtaining boat insurance for cruising in Greece? The quoues I have obtained in the UK both covered all of the Med (with a few exceptions, e.g. Libya & Algeria) but I had to specify the Eastern-most longitude to cover Greece. Would buying insurance locally in Greece just for Greek waters be better value?

This is for a UK-flagged Jaguar 27.
