Last week I ordered a Furuno radar form The GPS Store (thegpsstore.com). I have never dealt with them before, but the price was right and I took the risk. The radar was shipped the next morning after I placed the order, but I rechecked the listing on their web site, and noticed, to my dismay, that the radar comes with a 10 meter antenna cable (too short!). I fired off an email to customer service requesting either an RMA or a cable swap. The same day I get a reply: not to worry, just send us the 10 meter cable when you receive it. Well, that sounded too good to believe, but I sent the cable back. Believe it or not, they shipped the replacement 15 meter cable the same day they received my short one, and they did not charge a penny for shipping (not inexpensive) or for the cable cost differential.

If you are shopping for electronics, definitely take a look at thegpsstore.com. The customer service is outstanding, and the prices are not too shabby either.
