I've found that "windfinder" is absolutly useless...

I mostly use NOAA in various formats. Usually through the browser on my phone instead of any app. They all take just as much bandwidth. If you have atleast 2g, you can get NOAA, wundergound, etc... Just as fast through a browser as with an app.
