RO water & microbes

Is RO product water from the watermaker hygienic as well as salt-free? Are there little beasties that can pass thru the RO membrane and possibly make you sick?

Re: RO water & microbes

No bacteria or virus' can pass through an intact membrane. That does not mean that the entire water supply system is sterile, just that your RO watermaker won't make it any worse.
