The National Transportation Safety Board's (NTSB) Safety Research Division is conducting a study to assess the effectiveness of Vessel Traffic Service (VTS) systems operated by the U.S. Coast Guard and is seeking feedback from waterway users that operate within a Coast Guard VTS Area.
