Actisense NGW-1 ISO randomly stopped working!

So I have a nav system based on a Linux computer with a NMEA 2000 network hooked up to the computer with an Actisense NGW-1 ISO going to an RS232 port. I had everything hooked up and working fine, then my GPS started acting up and would cut in and out. I'm not sure if that GPS problem is related to my current problem or not, it only ever cut out very briefly so it wasn't high on my priority list to fix.

Now I'm having a much bigger problem. The NGW-1 doesn't seem to be working at all. The 2 LEDs blink together every 10 seconds, which the troubleshooting section of the manual tells me means it's not receiving any data from either direction (the computer or the NMEA network). I've checked all the connections and they all appear to be fine. I haven't made any changes to the system at all since the last time it was working. I also don't have any other displays connected to the NMEA network, so I can't test if there is an issue there. On the computer I can open Actisense's NMEA Reader program and see things happening in the activity log, but nothing shows up in the data view section.

This is really bothering me since I was hoping to use this system as my primary navigation tool but it doesn't seem to be very reliable. Please help!
