New Windlass- advice

My present Lofrans windlass is aging and I want to install a new windlass. I can not determine the model but it is something like Lofrans Albatross with 1500 w .

I have a total weight of ground tackle of 90 m of chain plus anchor 33kg= TOTAL 240 kg still under spec. For the new windlass
I have found a good offer on VETUS Napoleon (rebranded Lofrans) with following spec.>

When calculating with times 3 for safety, 240kg x 3=720 kg. Which is below max.lifting power of 950 kg.for the windlass
On the paper Vetus NApoleon should do the job,...Am I missing something?
