Easy, just use the padeye back from the bow, with a bridle for the downhaul. I like two to one's for this type of downhaul, but I guess if a winch or jammer is handy one to one would be fine. You only need a single set of sheets for light stuff. I'd go something lightweight to help it fly in the light winds that you will probably be playing with it.

If you're going to do end for end gybes, then you have to rig the pole with bridles, top & bottom. As both the topping lift, & foreguy, have to pull from the center of the pole, regardless of which end is on the mast, & which end is outboard.
