Need help identifying a winch

Does anyone have any experience or info on this winch?

From the orientation, I'd guess it is an antipodean make.

Meaning down under? Or Australian make? Lol

I'm not sure why the pics are posting upside down, that has not happened before. But I also don't have a handle for that winch and can't seem to find one that's not a star pattern configuration.

I've never come across a winch top like that and a bit of googling didn't show anything.

For those having difficulty turning the winch the right side up:
