GOOD RESPONSE FROM SPINLOCK

My boat 's spinlocks are actually from SPINLOCK, as OEM (1989).

I have a dozen, and 1/3 had gone loose (the ones most in use..), the spring of the cantilever being broken, or loose (out of place; it is impossible to replace or to reposition it...)

Remarkably :
New spinlocks fit the old drilled holes
Spare parts fit both old and new versions

In changing the lever inside, something went wrong, and after a couple of mild day sailing, one spring was off, no holding power.

It took me some time to go through the local Malta importer, and Spinlock itself, who claimed that such accident being so unlikely, and due to over-bending of the handle (in my case, it works flat, with 180degree rotation).

In short, l was fully recognized the guarantee, and l can just witness that i am a very satisfied customer/user.
