Self Contained Marine Air Conditioning Advice

Hello CF,

I am going to replace my two 16000 btu self contained air conditioning units. I am strongly considering Ocean Breeze located in Stuart, Florida.

I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has these installed.

Also, I wanted to get some input on Reverse Cycle Heat -VS- electric heat. Their unit comes standard with electric heat and for an additional $100 you can get it with reverse cycle heat. I plan on re-locating to San Francisco so heat is definitely a must have.
