Raritan PHC Pump on Wilcox Headmate Mount?

As the Wilcox headmate is no longer produced, I was wondering if the pump assembly that is available from Raritan will just bolt directly to the plastic piece that bolts to the floor (the plastic piece between the bowl and the pump assembly) of the head mate.

It appears from looking at pictures that this might just work....

Anyone tried it?

If you want to try it, I have a clean Rairitan PH II head in the garage that you can have for the shipping cost.
