JEM Hotwater System

These were made in Ipswitch, Queensland, Australia some years ago. I am looking for a manual or some information. Just replaced the 240 volt heating element and need to know if / what / how to fill the element tank which seems to be different to the main tank.. Sounds weird but there you go..
