Ice Box Cooling Unit

I am looking for help in getting a Tropikool unit making cold. I have tried many times to get in contact with Tom Henderson of Avxel but get no returns from him. We have had this unit installed for a year now and it still is not making cold in our Cold Box. I know that Global Cooling built most of the parts for Tropikool but what I am seeking is others that purchased the Tropikool unit and how they got it to make things cold. I have been through a lot of CO2 cartriages and have yet to make things operate as the installation manual dictates. Help. Jerry in Juneau.

I have heard that the elevation and routing of the tubing is critical to make it work. Have you tried a google search for other info?? I found several others with similar problems, Maybe it will pertain to yours.
