Buying a 1998 Sabreline 36 aft cabin. What to look out for?

My wife and I are selling our 2006 36’ Catalina and moving to a motor yacht. I’m going to look at a 1998 Sabreline 36 aft cabin on the weekend. It’ll be the first Sabreline I’ll have looked at and I can’t find much online about them. Are there any current or past owners here that can give me a heads up on some known issues or anything specific to be aware of with these boats? I’ve been looking for the right cruising, family/entertaining boat for a year now with not much luck. I don’t want to get my hopes up but on paper this one ticks all the boxes.
