1979 Bluewater 45SS

Hello,

I'm a new guy to this forum and would like your input on a boat I'm currently looking at.

It's a 1979 Bluewater 45SS I found on a website called CrankyApe.com
Crankyape.com Bank repo rvs, motorcycles, snowmobiles, atvs, boats, trucks, trailers, go karts, jet skis, sleds, fourwheelers, trailers, motorhomes, rvs.

there is the link to it.

I know it's damaged and has some issues but my father is pretty good with tearing down boats and rebuilding them.

I figured if I could get it for a decent price, it would be worth it.

Nobody has bid on the unit yet.

Any and all input would be great.

Thanks

You will need a pair of running shoes, to run away as fast as you can, IMHO.

If your father is pretty good at tearing down and rebuilding boats and he actually looked at, he would be a much better judge than we could ever be.
From my personal experiences, I boat can go down far enough that it is not worth rebuilding. Your father should be able to tell you what it would take and then go online like yachtworld and see what the boat is worth in good condition and make the decision.
