When I found this boat down in San Francisco I didn't waste anytime getting down there to see it. Negotiations took a little while as the surveys were taking place. Knowing what I know now I would have negotiated a little harder in some areas but buying a boat from 800 miles away has it issues also. The headroom is 6'2" so there is no ducking to move around. Well, with one exception... I have a friend from Newport Beach CA who is 6'6" and he loves it but has to watch the head.
It has a double sink, 3 burner stove with over, microwave tons of storage and a 600 gallon per day watermaker. Two heads with the LecraScan units and a shower in the master cabin.
