Unhappy Yanmar Tachometer lights
My control panel tachometer has dead lights, needed for night passages.
On the back of my panel (see attached pic) I can:

1- assume those are the lights, but deeply recessed. If they are, what tool can I use to extract them? Long needle hose pliers barely fit, but I don't have much grasp. Are they screwed in, 1/4 twist or pull?
2- three 6-point star screws that I would need to unscrew to remove the white cylindrical cover? Safe to do so?
3- this is probably a warranty seal, I'd need to break for the last screw.

I don't seem to find any part number for these lights, any clue?
