2007 Hunter 41 Deck Salon

This boat is extremely well cared for and looks new. She is meticulously well-maintained and shows beautifully with many recent upgrades including new upholstery, a new HVAC unit, and a fresh gelcoat restoration. She is for sale by owner, so no brokers fees here. We are the second owner and took ownership in 2020. The engine only 151.8 hours on it because the first owner hardly ever used it. In fact, many of the items on the boat still had the plastic on them and it was like new. We love this boat so much and made everything perfect, but alas we are retiring to the Bahamas on a new catamaran so we must sell her.

She is on Lake Texoma at Highport Marina. This is the only marina we have ever seen that has dock buildouts for sailboats. We spent $18,000 building out the dock with a roof, 80” smart TV, a living/lounge area, outdoor kitchen with granite countertops, and a huge closet/wall that gives some privacy from the neighbors. We installed heavy duty outdoor storm curtains which keeps everything dry in the rain and warmer in the winter. We also installed breezy summer curtains to reduce the heat from the sun while still allowing the breeze to get through. These slips are very hard to come by and the new owner can assume our lease payment of $550 per month. Since it’s the 2nd slip, we are easy to get to from the road and there are only 10 slips on this dock. We will consider selling the boat separately for the right offer.

We built a dinghy dock that is adjacent to the slip and the hydro port and dinghy are also included. The dinghy is less than one year old and is the nicest dinghy we have seen on this lake. It’s 12’ x 6’ and huge with center console and remote steering as well as storage, additional seating, and working nav lights. The motor is also brand new and is a very nice Tohatsu MFS 20HP Electronic Fuel Injection with the power tilt feature. It is very quiet yet still very fast.

This Hunter 41 Deck Salon Sailboat features collapsible Wheel Steering, an upgraded inboard engine of 57HP, a diesel generator, two private cabins, and two heads both with showers with hot water and freshwater electric toilets! The two Air Conditioning/Heat units onboard ensures total comfort!
