Classic Pearson 35 Yawl

Classic P35 Ale Marie, the second Pearson 35 ever made has been set up with the rare yawl rig and has all of the original teak trim and winches. With her 3'9 draft she can access many areas a boat of her size cannot. Custom teak U-shaped galley upgrade with double polished SS sink. Hot and cold pressure water. Eighty gallon water supply in three tanks, with selector valve conveniently located under the cabin floor via an access door. Seaward 6 gallon hot water heater with 110v shore power or using engine heater coils, was added. Force 10 propane stove/oven with high capacity burners, 5000 and 8000 BTU. burners on the stove top. The oven has 8000 BTU. availble.
Teak and Holly sole throughout. Teak bookcase and upgraded brass light fixtures surround the custom L shape dinette. The head is a Jabsco electric flush toilet with 13 gallon polyethylene holding tank. System has 3 discharge options. Hot and cold water with hand held shower at sink in head.custom full dodger on 1" stainless steel frame and awning. Teak companion way panel doors. bottom was peeled, West System epoxy base applied, and Interlux 2000 barrier coat added and has fresh coat of anti fouling paint. The center board was removed, slot glassed over. Benefits are no annual cable changes, and no banging in seaway. Boat still handles good to weather, Custom transom boarding platform made from Starboard. Three anchors. Simpson Lawrence Hyspeed manual windlass with double bow roller holds 33 lb. Horizon claw and a 35 lb. CQR,with nylon line and PC head chain. There is also a 20 lb. Danforth with 100 foot nylon line mounted on stern rail. Raytheon 4000 below deck autopilot, Horizon wind speed, Standard Horizon MD150 depth and speed, Icom VHF with external mic in cockpit and SS Edison wheel. Two 12 volt 8D house battery bank and one 12 volt starting battery and 30 amp shore power. The 30hp marinized Izuzu Engine starts and runs great. External oil filter system and 30 gallon Monel fuel tank with Raycor primary and secondary fuel filter has been installed. Sails in good condition. Headsail, 110% working jib on Hoodfurling System. Mainsail is full batten with two reefs, and lazy jacks. Mizzen has three battens, no reefs. The bearings in hood furling system were replaced. Included is an 8 foot rigid hull inflatable and 6hp four stroke Suzuki outboard engine. $18,500 obo. Located in Port Charlotte FL. Delivery possible.
Having sailed the Bahamas, Mexico and beyond this classic sailboat is ready for the next adventure.
