Beautiful, cruising sailboat registered with USCG as Cheetah II. Has had 2 owners in history. Layout has 3 berths (2 aft + v-berth.) STBRD aft berth converted to storage area. Teak interior in good condition, aside for a few water spots on flooring. New Gel coat in 2018; New bottom coat in February 2021. New anodes Feb 2021. Sails in good condition. Westerbeak Universal Engine (diesel) with 32hp. Surveyed in January 2020.

Some stains on port side seat cushions.

The hull is in good condition. There is a 14” (inch) long scratch along the starboard side of the gel coat. It was not deep and has since been filled in. It is more of a cosmetic “eyesore” now.

The deck is in fair condition. There are some knicks where heavy objects were dropped on it. A few of the stanchions have some wiggle room and need to be re-set. With that said, there are no leaks in the cabin that I have seen. One of the plastic end caps on the mainsheet tracker has fallen apart due to sun exposure.

The sails are a little dirty but no tears or worn places. They still function as they should.

The engine runs really well. No problems starting up and functions as it should. There is some surface rust on the pullies.

All electronics in good working order, aside for sonar. The sonar needs a new sensor relay.
