DIY Yard West Coast of Florida

Is anyone aware of a DIY yard on the west coast of Florida? have gone all the way to Stock Island in the past but hoped for somewhere closer. I checked a couple yards around Tampa/Bradenton and they said they no longer allow DIY. Have a 7' draft which makes it more difficult.
OR
A reasonable priced yard that will do a quick scuff and paint bottom job on one only a year old. It's wearing from monthly cleaning and just needs a couple fresh coats and extra along water line. I just hate like hell paying $100 and hour to a guy so his worker can do the actual work at $15/hour.....
