Well, since you mentioned it I did look and found a 1 5/8" stuffing box hose right here.

Well now that you mention it, no. :rolleyes:

On the other hand, I would bet a (small) sum of money that a 1 1/2" hose could be "persuaded" to fit a 1 5/8" fitting without an inordinate amount...

I'll second the Buck Algonquin hose. Replace my old hose with one of these and it looked pretty heavy duty.

This is one place you don't want to scrimp considering the down side if it fails...
