I've just started to use OpenCPN on a tablet PC (Fujitsu ST5112). I can rotate display into landscape or portrait mode. In portrait orientation it will fit better onto the bulkhead of my Nav station....

Sorry, I should have investigated on my own. Is anyone getting their AIS from a Standard Horizon GX2150, and if so, can it generate the required output to take advantage of this feature?

Thanks. Given that I'm running under Windows 7, what do you suggest? BTW, I was able to view it as image after changing extension to pcx.

I came across some Explorer charts of the Bahamas. They have extensions such as A01, A02, ... B01, B02, etc. OpenCPN can't read them. Is there a way to convert them to a form OpenCPN can read? Thanks...

I've started looking at gpsBable. OpenCPN creates a file with extension gpx. I believe the Garmin wants a file with extension adm. Any hints on which formats to use...
