After trying step 1 (deleting the plugin folder) and then reinstalling O (4.80), it all seems to work.

Guys, I'm watching this thread and it's great work.

Now, I have a similar problem:

Plugins page is blank (but the log shows successful plug in load, see below)
4:05:36 PM: PlugInManager...
