I have liquid propane heat at my house, buried tank, ventless fireplace. I know it is safe. If you aren't stupid.

I wasn't trying to sound casual. I simply would eliminate the need for CNG or Propane. My thoughts were to go with a basic Alcohol Stove (not pressurized).

What is everyone's thoughts on that? ...

This boat is def. not a derelict. Maybe it will take 10's of thousands to get where I WANT it to be, but it also could sit and rot. I see loads of fiber glass boats just trashed, in the back of boat...

The engine is a 2000 Yanmar. So it is relatively new. No hours meter. Also, no shore power to the boat. So there is most likely a need for a complete over haul of electric system...

LOL. That post was a response to a pic Gronbuk posted way back on page one. He showed the same sorta damage on port. Should have quoted his post. Still learning the ins and outs of this forum...
