The buildup of soap scum will do more damage to plumbing and any peripheral heat transfer surfaces than the body oils. The body debris (a word I never really needed in my vocabulary, but here it is)... |

I wonder how much salt in brackish water is detectable on the skin and create good soap lather? It may take orders of magnitude less effort to make brackish water (as opposed to fresh) for one... |
