Thanks for all the input,
I've agreed to buy her as my first boat
Broker says they were re-bedded by the 'previous' - previous owner
Got lots of work to do to get her ship shape!

Yeah,
they are small cracks, maybe bit too critical

Its port side mid ship, the other side is fine.
it might be the shroud thinking about it?

Just been to view this little Beneteau 210 1994

Noticed some cracking around this plate and some sealant port side.
There was an identical plate on the opposite side which was in rather better...
