Had to replace motor and gearbox - makes little sense - but that was my option and all fixed now

Thanks everyone. I just ended up biting bullet. Got the new motor/gearbox assemblies. A V4 for the standby/auxiliary and a V5 for the primary. Both were rotten w corrosion. Not anymore! Now let’s...

Talking Lewmar V4 / V5 motors

Hi guys and gals!

Needing new motors for two Lewmar V4/V5 windlasses. All I can find online is the motor and gearbox. My gearboxes are fine - only need the motors due to excessive corrosion.
