Actually, I would use an acrylic here (Perspex) because it is more scratch- and UV resistant and you don’t need the level of impact resistance of polycarbonate here. Cheaper as well. |

Lexen is a polycarbonate, it won’t snap in two. It may fold over if thin enough but won’t snap :thumb: |

I think most manufacturers make those in house. A big one like Jeanneau may source them from China but probably as a custom production run. Any workshop can make those for you. I also agree... |
