I've never suffered seasickness....calm seas, rough seas, inside the boat, outside the boat...nada....zilch...nothing... and then....I was taken to Disney World and talked into going on some... |

I honestly think the trick is to become one with the water....some people look at the horizon, which moves little, and this sometimes does the trick....but " heeling" for some people is a prelude to... |

some people are simply afraid of water or waves.....they can't swim or one or other reason....this will prompt anxiety which in turn will promote seasickness... my wife is a classic example, first... |

I think the problem here, is that kids having never sailed before, think the sensation of " heeling" is a prelude to " falling over".... You have to make them understand that the boat is unlikely to... |
