I opened the file with Microsoft Paint and Microsoft 3D Paint, and saved it as a .jpg file.
I tried to edit it with Microsoft Photos, but it said it cannot work with a file less than 50 pixels.

I have tried to change the ownship display on and off for a couple of years now, with no success yet.
OS W10 on laptop
