Some might. I wouldn't have a problem with a buyer wanting to do that, as long as the boatyard doing the job was clear that the buyer is paying to do the job and put it back.

It looks OK from here, although not as clean as it could be. They've obviously been retorqued at some point and sealant added. If you really want you could draw one out for inspection, but it...
