A rigid foam that does not absorb water would be better than FG batts IMO.

Two-part spray can be used for gaps to complete the vapour barrier, fact that 98% is less expensive and removable boards...

Best to structure to enable scanning for gist.

Whitespace, paragraph breaks, bullet items, headings.

Only 5% of those even interested would bother plowing through that "wall o' text".
