I don't think soldering is even worth discussing for this application, except among those that are already well skilled at it.

The key phrase is "repeatable quality results" and little to no skill...

If the manufacturer specifies equalizing / conditioning it should be done.

Nothing to do with internal cell imbalance, but does greatly extends lifespan, especially since PSOC abuse is so common....

Xantrex has horrible repair support, both to end-users, and to authorized repair centers.

Avoiding from now on, never again anything pricey, maybe Echo Charger, but they're so robust can buy...

That's why "plus solar" is required.

Dino juice for 1-2 hours in the early morning, until bank at 85-90%.

Followed by a full day of solar, untill ammeter shows trailing amps at Absorb Voltage...

The hard returns / line feeds and double spacing, combined with the length without visual structuring to allow scanning made this very difficult to read for me.
