I don't know how to post a link, but there is a nice Pearson 323 posted on Craigslist Milwaukee for $25000, advertised as turn key, 2016 survey and many new upgrades.

That didn't work right, go to milwaukee craigslist, it's a alberg 35 advertised for 5,500, looks nice in the picture, if anyone is interested I would like to have an excuse to go look at it.

I just saw a bristol 27 on Craigslist Milwaukee looks like a decent boat asking price 3000.
