Looks like they have. They're doing 6 knot on a heading of 325 at the moment.

Yes, technically a Code 0 is the smallest feasible asymmetric spinnaker. It measures as close as possible to a genoa's dimensions while fitting the various rule definitions of a spinnaker.

The commentators and at least three different newspapers I've seen so far refer to their "spinnaker".. Guess that's easier to understand for the non sailors out there.

And by systems, we are not talking about electronics or hydraulics to power winches etc, we are talking about actual design features which are constantly powered such as canting keels and protruding...

Horse pucky. No boat that needs to run a 150HP turbocharged diesel 24/7 could replace that with any practical amount of battery storage.
