Water is I think 784 times more dense than air, so is it fair to say that there would be 784 times more drag? I doubt that is correct but any beginning water skier has been drug behind a boat as it... |

I think your right, and I don't think it would be that hard to do. Another way, have the autopilot go hard over 30 sec after receiving an AIS MOB alarm, 30 sec only to give you the chance to ignore... |

OK then 100 ft of polypropylene ski rope then, Idea would be as soon as you grab the rope it pulls the tiller to one side, or you could rig it to the rudder maybe, my IP's rudder has a hole in the... |

OK for the tiller boats, drag 50' of floating line attached to the tiller, you don't have to pull yourself aboard, just hold on long enough so the boat ends up in Irons, and then climb aboard. Us... |

I would image that a line attached to the tiller and you would stop the boat, of course only good for if you fall off while in the cockpit, and how often does that happen? Wouldn't be hard to have... |
