Its not just waltzing boats, here's a picture of the #23 channel buoy cruising through the La Paz anchorage with the current.

In your thought process do you believe that the area from your stern to your anchor buoy is off limits to other boaters coming in to anchor? I don't see that as practical in crowded anchorages.

We try to not take this as a right or wrong situation where it is important to maintain your rights - as much as my inner macho hero wants to. Often the other boater is insecure about their own...
