Where in the Notice to Race or Safety Appendix does it say the emergency rudder requirement is limited to boats with spade rudders? |

What kind of knockdown are you worried about? A roundup with a spinnaker -- if so, it just ain't that bad. If you are talking about being rolled by a breaking beam on wave, then its a different.... |
