I keep hearing this, but have never owned a boat with a forward head. Why can't you just turn downwind when someone needs to use the head?

You didn't state your desired cruising locations or how many crew, so hard to know if she is fit for your purposes.

Some positives I see:
+ Moderate hull lines, keel
+ Interior looks lovely! ...
