I cannot reproduce your "test" scenario. It all works fine, although loading two identical plugins (different in name only) is likely to cause trouble eventually.

1. If it shows blank plugins panel, proceed slowly. Sneak up on it...

OK, we got the log. Thanks for your persistence.

We see the plugins loading correctly ( Dashboard, konnilog, etc.).
But I suupose you do not see them on the toolbar?
