Iknow your boat is not the same but my Tayana V42 has a tight fit for the windlass. The V42s seem to use either a Lofrans Tigress or a Lighthouse 1500.

I dealt with Lighthouse last year for a new Gypsy. They don't do emails. Best to call them.

Starter or auto electric rebuilder should be able to rewire an armature.
