Nobody is going to allow you to pull keel studs on a boat they have for sale. It's easy enough to do but no ones going to allow it. Just ensure the joint is not leaking before you start the buying...

It's pretty hard to tell looking at the pics...stainless will still rust so its possible that salt water sat in some of those areas for a time, it's also hard to say whether the keel seal is leaking...
