I do not find the source(s) of some the "facts" and there is nothing attached to the post that says it provides a copy of the bill of sale, BUT if the buyer reported the theft to the police, does...

While I agree that eBay is very buyer oriented, I also believe it is true that the transaction is complete when title/bill of sale is delivered, and payment is made. Two weeks is a long time to...
