It is possibly a simple path problem or perhaps you need to update and rescan the chart database which should always be done after a version upgrade.

Are you trying to use chartdownloader?

Or are you unzipping downloads from noaa?

Vector or raster?/ enc or rnc?

Have you tried reading the chart section? Search on chartdownloader or...

1. I tend to agree with Hakan, but don''t know enough.... I think we should assume the plugins land in the proper directory... or its a user/plugin error, besides there are enough things going on,...

Just wondering if renaming the opencpn.ini file to opencpn.ini.old was tried so a new ini would be made to check if a corrupted ini was a problem?
