Cruising Clubs offering some marina discounts in the Med?

I plan to be cruising from the Azores through Portugal and Spain from May this year.

Does anybody have any ideas if joining a club or marina network would offer any particular discounts on using...

Black debris in my spare diesel containers...?

Recently I checked my spare (full) diesel conatiners and saw some black debris on the bottom of the containers. There wasn't much in each container but I filtered all the diesel again and one by one...
