Crew Wanted: Troon (Scotland) to Plymouth.

Two of us plan to bring my Elan 40 down from Troon on and around the 9th/10th August. Trip will probably take ca 4 days. I have a bit of sailing experience but will be accompanied by a very experieced older sailor (who is also a smoker by the way). We are looking for a third person to accompany us and to give us a hand to make the journey easier on us all.Some sailing experience would be needed - maybe Competent Crew/Day skipper.We are both relatively uncomplicated people and are aiming for a nice smooth passage. To balance out us oldies maybe a younger third person?
