Re: Teak Deck Glued Over Foam Cored Deck

Re: Outboard Direct a.k.a Plateau Marine
I bought up 5 hp Tohatsu from them 6 months ago via tohatsudirect.com. It arrived fast. There was the tiniest amount of cosmetic damage–little enough that it may have come from the factory that way.... |

Re: Here We Go! Cutting Boatyards Out While Doing Bottom/Topsides Work
What about some type of bag filled with water and strapped around the bottom of the hulls? They're neutrally boyant till the tide is out, you don't have to worry about positioning, and they stow... |

Re: Water filters siphon out problem

Re: Water filters siphon out problem
This is not correct. I've been using a mk3 with a 0.5 micron filter for all drinking and cooking water for two people living aboard full-time for 1.5 years with no problems. |

Re: Water filters siphon out problem
The pump works on both the downstroke and the upstroke. It's returning slowly due to a restriction, likely caused by the filters. If water is still flowing after the pedal is fully up, then there... |
