I just installed a 2YM15 and it's up and running. I had/am having some alignment issues, my stern tube doesn't seem to be lined up exactly right so the shaft was battering against the stern tubes...

OK, yeah I figured it all came together too easily. I think I will get a new short section of hose, see if that fits the fittings better and if not, find fittings that are more snug. Thanks Peggie.
